2021: Played in six games.

2019: He was named to the CoSIDA District VII Academic All-District team, United Soccer Coaches Third-Team Scholar All-Region, and Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference First-Team All-Conference selection. On the season, he played in 19 games, scoring six goals and five assists with four of his goals coming as game-winning goals. Was named an AU and NACC Scholar-Athlete.

2018: A Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Second-Team All-Conference and Google Cloud Academic All-District selection, Zehnal had four goals and four assists in 12 games played for AU. Was named an AU and NACC Scholar-Athlete.

2017: Appeared in and started 20 games for the Spartans, recording five goals, three assists, and 13 points. He received 2017 NACC Freshman of the Year. Was named an AU and NACC Scholar-Athlete.

High School: Graduate Waubonsie Valley High School in 2017 where he competed in Soccer.
