Spartan Hitting Camp
The Spartan Hitting Camp will work on every aspect or your player’s swing. We will teach fundamentals and proper technique through a variety of methods including drill work, video review and live situations.

Spartan Hitting Circuit
The Spartan Hitting Circuit is an intensive hitting session designed to introduce and use numerous hitting drills that your players can use throughout their career. Players at this hitting circuit will be rotating between hitting stations every 10 minutes. Each station will have a different drill that will focus on a specific part of your player’s swing.
