The AU Men's Basketball Elite Camp is a one-day camp on Saturday, October 9, 2021 designed to give high school players a firsthand look into what makes AU men's basketball one of the top Division III programs in the country.
High School players are invited to join the Aurora University Men’s Basketball Coaching Staff for Elite player development work. Led by AU Head Coach Matt Airy, the AU Elite Camp will focus on teaching individual offensive skill development, as well as intense, live competition.

Coach Matt Airy arrived at Aurora University in April 2019 after 11 seasons at national power Whitman College, where he helped in the development of multiple All-Americans who went on to play professional basketball, while operating in one of the highest scoring and most innovative offenses in all of college basketball (104 points per game in 2018-19). The Spartans basketball program implemented this same pro-style system, and this camp is the opportunity to get a taste of this nationally renowned offensive program!
The AU men’s basketball program has 27 winning seasons dating back to the mid 1990’s and a 162-79 record in the last nine seasons with three regular season and three tournament titles in the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference. AU has won seven regular season and six tournament championships in the brief history of the NACC.
