2017: Attended Aurora University and was a member of the Spartan Men's Cross Country team. Set a career best 8K time of 28:58.1 with a 76thplace performance in the Spartan Classic.

2016: Attended Aurora University and was a member of the Spartan Men's Cross Country Team. Achieved his best time of the season of 31:24 at the Eagle Cross Country Invitational.

2015: Attended Aurora University and was a member of the Cross Country team. Cracked the 32 minute barrier with a 31:57.9 8K time at the Eagle Cross Country Invitational

High School: Graduated from West Aurora High School where he received varsity letters in cross country and track.

Family: Rosa and Tomas Miranda. He has one sister, Ana and one brother Jorge.
