Travis Brown moved over to the coaching ranks as an assistant coach in the fall of 2015 after a four year career on the field for the Spartans.
In his four seasons, he played in 71 games, starting 56 of those on defense. He accounted for 71 ground balls and 40 caused turnovers. His 40 caused turnovers places him fifth all-time in the short history of AU men's lacrosse. Brown was a three-year starter and was selected as a captain his senior season.
Brown was a two-time Midwest Lacrosse Conference All-Conference selection as a defender.
He has spent several years coaching at the club level at River City Lacrosse, Pacific Lacrosse and Titanium Lacrosse.
