Will Jeffery joined the Spartan men's lacrosse coaching staff as a graduate assistant for the 2013-2014 season.

Jeffery comes to AU with a vast amount of playing and coaching experience. The Glenview, Illinois native earned a bachelors degree in multimedia and communications from the University of Massachusetts.

He spent three seasons playing for UMASS as a starting long stick midfielder and was then invited to play in the National Lacrosse League by the Washington Stealth.

His coaching experience offers a vast amount of time at high schools in Illinois and numerous clubs including Brine All-American Tryouts (IL), North Woods Lacrosse Co. (WI), Ultimate Athlete Lacrosse (IL), All-In Lacrosse (IL), True Lacrosse (IL), Titanium Lacrosse (IL), Team One (IL) and Lacrosse America (IL)
 

Jeffery is currently working towards a masters degree in special education and elementary education certification at AU.
