Will Poletis joined the Spartan staff in the fall of 2011 as a graduate assistant.
Prior to joining the AU staff, Poletis completed his athletic career at Salisbury University in the spring of 2010. He was a volunteer coach in the fall of 2010 for Salisbury.
As a player for the Sea Gulls, Poletis had a tremendous four-year career having been named a captain and second-team All-Conference as a senior. A defensive midfielder, Poletis was part of two NCAA Division III Men's Lacrosse National Championship teams. Additionally, Poletis was honored as a Capital Athletic Conference scholar-athlete. In the summer of 2011 he coached the Harford Mavericks.
Poletis earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing (2010) with a minor in coaching and is currently working towards his master’s degree in business administration at Aurora University.
