Alex Lowe was named the Head Coach of the AU men and women's cross country programs in February of 2020. Lowe will also serve as the assistant coach of the AU men and women's track and field teams coaching the middle distance and distance runners.
Joining AU from southern California and Crescenta Valley High School where he served as an assistant coach for the past five seasons. As a collegiate runner, Lowe was a member of the Ole Miss (University of Mississippi) track and cross country teams.
A native of Batavia, Illinois, Lowe holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Mississippi.
