2011 - 2012: He was a member of the track and field team and the football team.  He recorded a season best 10.42m throw in the shot put and a 34.20m throw for discus.

2010: Attended Aurora University and was a member of the football team.

High School: Attended Capistrano Valley High School where he was a member of the varsity football team under Coach Chi Chi Beihn and participated in track and field under Coach Alberg.
