College as Sophomore (’09): Appeared in and started 34 games for the Spartans. She recorded 34 hits with nine doubles.

College as Freshman (’08): Attended Luther College and played softball.

High School: Attended Crystal Lake South High School and played two years of varsity softball under Coach Scott Busam. She was named All-Conference and All-Area Honorable Mention as a junior and senior.
As a sophomore, she was named Defensive Player-of-the-Year and
National Base Running Champion. As a freshman, she was named
Gatorade Rookie-of-the-Year.

Personal: Born 12/18/88 in Dubuque, IA.

Family: Don and DJ Gabric and Tim and Jennifer Westemeier. She
has two brothers, Buddy and Stephen, and two sisters, Lindsey and
Shelby. She is related to Major League Baseball Hall of Famer Paul
Molitor.

Hobbies: Travel softball and slow-pitch with her family.

Major: Elementary Education.

Minor: Spanish.
