Aurora University Athletics

Vasiliki Barakos joined the Aurora University women's lacrosse program as a graduate assistant in the fall of 2014. After receiving her masters degree, Barakos will remain with the Spartans as an assistant coach.

Barakos comes to AU from Rollins College where she played collegiately as a goalkeeper. While at Rollins, teams she played on made back to back NCAA Division II final four appearances with the 2013 team finishing with a 16-2 overall record.

Barakos has experience as a goalkeeper coach for BZ Elite, LANCO Elite and the Franklin and Marshall summer camps.

She earned a bachelor of arts in studio art with a minor in art history from Rollins College in 2014. She was a member of PHI ETA SIGMA honors society and was a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success.
