College as a Freshman (’05): Attended Harper College and was a member of the track and field program.

High School: Attended Elk Grove High School. She was a four-year member of the varsity cross country team under Coach Ron Lansdown. She was a Team Captain for three years and named Most Improved. She also competed in four years of varsity track and field under Lansdown. She was named a Team Captain for two years.

Personal: Born 4/29/87 in Hoffman Estates, IL.

Family: Doug and Sue Roden. She has one brother, Steve.

Major: Criminal Justice.
