Alison Kimmel joined the Aurora University athletic department in the 2017-2018 season as the graduate assistant with the women’s volleyball program.
Kimmel comes to AU after finishing her playing career at the University of Cincinnati. In her four year playing career, she was a team captain as a senior in 2016 while also earning "Bearcat Strong" academic honors four times. On the court, Kimmel played in 69 matches and 215 sets for the Bearcats while knocking down 168 kills with a .244 kill percentage and had 139 blocks.
A graduate of Plainfield North High School, Kimmel earned a bachelor's degree in sports management with a minor in business administration from the University of Cincinnati in December 2016.
