Lexi O'Boyle joined the AU coaching staff as a graduate assistant prior to the 2015 season.

O'Boyle enjoyed a successful four year career as a Spartan as she finished as the Spartan All-Time leader in assists with 3,158. She added 922 digs, 225 kills in 444 sets played. As a senior she was a Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Second-Team selection as a setter.

A graduate of Plainfield South High School, O'Boyle is also a coach at Club 1 in Plainfield, Illinois where she has both girls and boys teams.
