Aurora University sophomore forward Adriana Ramirez was named the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) Women’s Basketball Student-Athlete of the Week.
 
Ramirez led the Spartans to a 1-1 week as she averaged a double-double of 16.5 points and 18.0 rebounds while shooting 45 percent from the field. She tallied 18 points and 23 rebounds in a loss at Concordia University Chicago and followed that performance up with 15 points and 13 rebounds in a 70-64 win at Rockford University.
 
On the season, Ramirez is averaging 20.0 points on 53.0 percent shooting from the field (35-of-66) and 12.2 rebounds per game for the Spartans, 2-8 overall and 1-4 in the NACC.
