Aurora University baseball senior Jacob Ambuel were named the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) Baseball Student-Athletes of the Week, as selected by the league's athletics communications professionals.

Ambuel, a senior outfielder, hit safely in each game of the 2023 NACC Baseball Tournament. The Spartans went 4-1 during the tournament, with Ambuel hitting .381 (8-of-21) with two home runs, six runs scored, and six runs batted in. He reached base three other times after being hit twice by pitches and drawing a walk. Defensively, he had 17 putouts and an assist in the tournament.
