Box Score 2 The Aurora University softball team won their second consecutive doubleheader in as many days, sweeping the Concordia University Wisconsin Falcons in Mequon, Wis., winning 6-2 and 2-1.

Zanella allowed her first hit against in the fifth inning, while only allowing three total for the game.
The game remained 1-0 AU heading into the seventh inning. In the top of the inning, AU gave Zanella an insurance run.
Andrea Graves pinch hit and singled to start the inning. After a Concordia error on the ensuring sacrifice attempt by Huebner moved Graves to second, she came around to score with two outs on a single by Clauser. Huebner was thrown out at third on the play trying to go from first to third.
In the bottom of the inning, Zanella gave up a one out solo home run. Head Coach Mike Mckenzie called upon Hartzell who came in and struck out the next two batters for her third save of the season. Zanella earned the win, her 10th of the season.
With the sweep, AU is now 19-9 overall and 13-1 in the NACC. Next action for the Spartan softball team comes on
Saturday, April 19 when they travel to Dominican University. Game time is set for 12:00 p.m. in River Forest, Ill.
