Tuesday afternoon on AU's Vago Field. The Spartans would prevail 13-5.
The Spartans struck first with a one timer from
fired a one timer in the top corner of the net to extend the lead back to six at 9-3. Concordia would grab a quick goal off the ensuing faceoff to close the gap back to five.
The Spartans were not done just yet as AU would grab four more goals in the final nine minutes, two from Obriecht and two from senior
Justin Bose to end the game 13-5.
Defense was the key to the game for the Spartans forcing 18 turnovers, led by Fuqua's four and he added 10 ground balls on the day.
With the win, Aurora is now 8-3 overall and 5-0 in the MLC. Next action for the Spartan men's lacrosse team comes on Saturday, April 12 when they host Milwaukee School of Engineering. Game time is set for 12:00 p.m. on Vago Field.
