Prior to the start of the men's soccer match-up between the Aurora University Spartans and University of Chicago Maroons, the AU men's soccer program recognized the seven senior Spartans on their final regular season home contest. Once action began, Chicago was not to kind to the host Spartans, defeating AU 5-0.

Before the game, AU recognized their seven seniors. Angel Barajas, Al Brunell, Ben Edith, Zach Henry, Ryan Murphy, Shane Samuels and Steven Soderstrom.

A header by Spartan Xavier Ortiz off of a corner kick is saved just barely over the bar late in the 1^st half.
Chicago out shot Aurora 18 to 9.
Both teams had six corner kicks on the day.
 
FOR THE SPARTANS
The Spartans had six shots with four of them on goal.
Zach McFarland had three saves for the Spartans.
Phillip Lewy played the second half in net with one save.
