The Aurora University women's soccer team had their 18-game Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference win streak snapped at Concordia University Wisconsin on Saturday afternoon, 3-0 in Mequon, Wisconsin.

HOW IT HAPPENED
AU out shot Concordia Wisconsin in the first half but could not find the back of the net.
With 3:21 to play in the first half, CUW's Pfannerstill broke the scoreless tie.
A pair of AU penalties in the second half led to CUW penalty kicks. Both were converted by Jaclyn Theune.

FOR THE SPARTANS                                                      
Nicci Bermudes led all players with nine shots, two on goal.
Caitlin deRuiter had eight saves in the loss.

FOR THE FOES
Carley Pfannerstill had one goal in the first half.
Jaclyn Theune had two goals, both on penalty kicks.
Tabitha Ortiz had four saves in the shutout.
