The Aurora University men's basketball team played well for the early part of the game at Dominican University but shooting struggles did in the Spartans as they fell at Dominican 96-60.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The Spartans and Stars played a back and forth first half, trading leads over the first 18 minutes.
AU would see Dominican run off a 10-1 run in the final two minutes.
Heading into halftime, AU trailed 45-36.
Over the first six minutes of the second-half, AU was out scored 17-3 and trailed 62-39.
AU's shooting woes continued the remainder of the second-half as Dominican would go on to defeat AU.

AU shot just 27.78% from the field in the second-half, including 2-of-15 from three-point range.
Marcus Myers had 15 points.
Ty Carlson had 14 points and eight rebounds.
