Ramirez named to All-Tournament Team as Spartans drop finale

The Aurora University Spartan women's basketball team wrapped up their trip to the Pacific Northwest and the two-day tournament with a 62-32 loss to Puget Sound. Spartan Adriana Ramirez was named to the All-Tournament Team.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Spartan offense got off to a slow start to begin the game and trailed 18-3 after the first quarter.
- AU closed out the second quarter on a 4-0 run and went to halftime down 28-11.
- Spartan Alyssa Brems scored a team high five points in the third quarter with Allie Reichert converting three free-throws. AU trailed after three, 43-19.
- Marissa Koping had four points and Kylie Kaylor drained a three in the fourth quarter.
- AU fell to Puget Sound 62-32.

- Alyssa Brems had 10 points and five rebounds.
- Adriana Ramirez had four points and seven rebounds.
- Allie Reichert had five points, three steals and three rebounds.
