The Aurora University women's lacrosse team got back in the winning column with a 12-8 Midwest Women's Lacrosse Conference victory at Beloit College on Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
In the first 5:10 of the game, AU got goals from Kenny Hughes, Lauren Whitfield and Andrea Colford to lead 3-0.
Beloit scored the games next two goals for a 3-2 AU lead.
At 17:31, Hughes scored her second of the game on an assist from Kendall Urban.
Three straight Beloit goals saw AU trail 5-4 and for the first time in the game.
Back to back goals from Kendall Urban put the Spartans back in front 6-5 heading into halftime.
The second half saw Spartans Kenny Hughes and Andrea Colford each score three times to account for all the AU scoring.
AU held the lead the entire second-half and led by five (12-7) late in the game.
