HOW IT HAPPENED
- AU trailed University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point 1-0 at the end of the first period.
- UWSP scored twice including once on a power play in the second to ull ahead of AU 3-0.
- With just under two minutes left in the second, AU and Lordanthony Grissom got on the scoreboard. Grissom found the back of the net as he was helped by Larry Jungwirth.
- UWSP's added a goal to lead 4-1 early in the third.
- Midway through the third period, AU's Chris Nowacki gave the Spartans some hope as he scored off a Liam Stirtzinger assist.
- Aurora fell to University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point 4-2.
