The Aurora University Spartan men's soccer team fell to Rockford University by a score of 2-1 in some Wednesday night #NACCtion

RECORDS: Aurora University 4-7-1 overall and 3-1-1 in the NACC; Rockford University 6-5-1 overall and 2-3 in the NACC 
 
HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Spartans started off the game controlling the ball and taking multiple shots on goal but could not find the back of the net. 
-In the 14^th minute, AU fell behind 1-0 after a breakaway opportunity led to a Rockford goal.
-In the 38^th minute AU tied the score 1-1 after a perfectly executed cross from Jake Lysik to Collin Foreman put the Spartans on the board.
- Late into the first half the Spartans fell behind after Rockford scored on a cross into the box. AU trailed 2-1 in the 42^nd minute.
-AU went into halftime down 2-1.
-The second half saw both teams sharing possession of the ball with nothing offensively creating much excitement.
- Late in the contest, the Spartans picked up the pressure but the Rockford goalkeeper was able to stop the various chances.
-AU fell to Rockford University 2-1
