The Aurora University Spartan women's basketball team completed the AU sweep of Lakeland on Lancaster Court with an emphatic stamp as the Spartans dominated play and won handily 87-54.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- AU started off slowly on offense and midway through the first quarter trailed 8-4.
- The Spartans though got in rhythm and used a 19-2 run which was fueled by five three's from
Alyssa Brems and
Julie Galauner.
- After one quarter, AU led 25-12.
- The Spartans never saw the lead get within single digits again as they continued to score and score a lot in the second.
- A 20-4 AU run in the final 6:25 gave the Spartans a 50-23 lead entering halftime.
- The Spartans continued to control all facets of the game in the second-half and went on to win easily by 33, 87-54.
FOR THE SPARTANS
- All 15 Spartans saw action with 11 scoring points.

Bailey Kramer had 15 assists, setting a single game AU record and she added nine points.
