The Aurora University women's volleyball team hosted previously NACC unbeaten Wisconsin Lutheran College 3-0 (25-13, 25-17, 25-23) on Saturday afternoon on Lancaster Court.

HOW IT HAPPENED -
- The first set was tied 3-3 when Spartan
Lindsey Simpson had a thunderous kill to give AU a lead they would not give up.
- AU went on to win the set 25-13 with four Spartans collecting three kills each and
Sydnei Avery having three service aces.
- The Spartans led early in the second set and would find themselves trailing 9-8.Â
- AU took advantage of several Warrior errors and won the set 25-17 to lead 2-0 in the match.
- The third set saw both teams trade leads five times before WLC took a 20-15 lead.
- A pair of kills from
Karli Chambers and an ace from
Imani Freeman saw AU tie the set 20-20.
- AU turned to
Sydnei Avery in the final points of the third set and she collected three kills as AU won 25-23 and 3-0 for the match.
