The Aurora University women's hockey team got a pair of goals from Marissa Dunbar as Chiara Pfosi shut out Finlandia University 4-0 at the Fox Valley Ice Arena on Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- AU took a lead 8:54 into the second period when Lauren Martel scored on a beautiful play that saw passes from Anna Zak and Brenna Hannon.\
- The Spartans would lead 1-0 heading into the first intermission despite several more scoring chances.
- The scoring chances continued for the Spartans but the score remained 1-0 late into the second.
- With 5:15 left in the second, Marisa Trevino scored her fourth goal of the weekend series. She was assisted by Nicole McKernan and Marissa Dunbar.
- As the second period entered the final minute, Dunbar gave the Spartans a three goal lead. She was assisted by McKernan and Olivia Matson.
- The games scoring wrapped up midway through the third when Dunbar scored an unassisted goal while short handed.
- Pfosi and the AU defense made the shutout hold up as AU was victrious 4-0.
