The Aurora University women's lacrosse team ran out to an early lead and held on to a 13-10 victory over the University of Northwestern at Spartan Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

- AU grabbed a quick 4-0 lead just over 10 minutes into the game.
- With the Spartans leading 4-2, AU's

- Northwestern scored twice before the half ended to send the teams to halftime with a 9-4 score.
