The Aurora University men's hockey team wrapped up a weekend series with St. Norbert College on Saturday afternoon with the teams playing to a 3-3 tie through overtime for a second straight game.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- St. Norbert opened the scoring with 13:21 to play in the first period.Â
- A few minutes later, AU evened the score with a
Danny O'Donnell goal.Â
- The Green Knights recaptured the lead before the end of the period.Â
- AU trailed 2-1 going into the first intermissionÂ
- With under two minutes to play in the second period, AU would go on a 5 on 3 power play.
- Riley Doyan capitalized on the power play by snapping a wrist show past the Green Knight net minder to tie the game 2-2.Â
- Less than a minute later,
Shawn O'Malley gave the Spartans the lead with 38 seconds left in the second period.
- AU would take the lead going into the third period at 3-2
- St. Norbert evened the scoring at 3-3 with 13 minutes left in the third period
- After 60 minutes, and for the second straight afternoon, the game went to a five minute overtime period.
