The Aurora University men's basketball team fell behind early in the NACC road contest at Dominican on Wednesday night before falling 77-62.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Spartans trailed 7-0 in the opening three minutes of the contest before a Ha'ashim Keys lay-up broke the scoreless drought.
- A 17-9 AU run in the later half of the first pulled the Spartans to within five at 39-34. 
- Jarek Hotwagner had six points in the run that saw seven different Spartans score in the run.
- AU headed to halftime down 44-37.
- The Spartans battled valiantly in the second-half but could not get the deficit inside single digits before falling by a 77-62 score.
