HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Spartans jumped out to a quick 15-0 lead just three minutes into the game.
- AU would go on to lead 33-5 after the first quarter.
- Midway through the second quarter, AU led by 38 following a
TyAnn LeGrand made free throw.
- AU led heading into halftime 56-22.
- The Spartans were able to get all players involved in the contest and after three quarters held a commanding lead of 25 at 69-43.
- In the fourth quarter, the Spartans continued to fire on all cylinders and expanded the lead before going on to win 90-54.
