The Aurora University men's basketball team jumped on the gas pedal early and never let up as they dominated the action in a commanding 84-52 victory over the visiting Marian University Sabres.

- Spartan Michael Finley led all scorers in the first-half with 12 points on five-of-nine shooting from the field and he added five rebounds.
- AU opened the second-half on a 7-0 run with four points coming from
Bailey Vance.
- A 13-0 Spartan run later in the half put the game away with eight points coming from
