The Aurora University women's hockey team completed the weekend sweep at Trine University with a fantastic shutout performance in winning 1-0.

- The Spartans and Trine played a rather calm first two periods with the game remaining scoreless.
- AU killed off a pair of first period penalties.
- The Spartans headed to the power play with 28 seconds left in the second period and carried over the extra attacked into the third.
- 21 seconds into the third the Spartans ended the scoreless tie.
- Nicole McKernan scored the power play tally with assists from Olivia Matson and Marissa Dunbar.
- The AU defense and goalie Chiara Pfosi made the one goal lead stand.
- For Pfosi, it marked her fourth shutout win of the season.
