HOW IT HAPPENED
- The first period was closely contested, but despite 10 shots from MSOE and 19 shots from Aurora, no goals were scored.
-Â MSOE pushed ahead by a goal in the 16th minute of the second period.
- The Spartans responded less than two minutes later with a power play goal of their own.
Brendan Blair scored and was assisted by

- The third period was another scoreless one, leading to a sudden-death overtime.
- Both teams started overtime with a shot that went wide of the goal.
- In the 2nd minute,
Dylan Rauh scored the game winning goal for the Spartans. He was assisted by
