The Aurora University men's hockey team defeated MSOE on a sudden death overtime goal to improve their record to 3-1.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The first period was closely contested, but despite 10 shots from MSOE and 19 shots from Aurora, no goals were scored.
- MSOE pushed ahead by a goal in the 16th minute of the second period.
- The Spartans responded less than two minutes later with a power play goal of their own. Brendan Blair scored and was assisted by Connor Smith and Derrick Budz.
- The second period ended tied 1-1.
- The third period was another scoreless one, leading to a sudden-death overtime.
- Both teams started overtime with a shot that went wide of the goal.
- In the 2nd minute, Dylan Rauh scored the game winning goal for the Spartans. He was assisted by Derrick Budz and Brendan Blair.
- The Spartans ended with 41 shots and 31 face-offs won.
