The Aurora University women's lacrosse team traveled to Concordia University Wisconsin Thursday afternoon. The Spartans were victorious over the Falcons 19-3 with the mercy running clock coming into play in the first-half.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Spartan
Claire Carlson opened up the scoring for the Spartans less than two minutes into the game.
- AU would score four quick goals five minutes into the game with goals coming from
Monique Gibson (2),
Ellie Blake, and
Margaret Flanagan.

Jalyn Yaukovitz and
Marina Kanner would add two more to bring the Spartan lead to 7-0.
- Spartans Carlson, Gibson, and Flanagan would find the back of the net again to make it 10-0 midway through the first half.
- Just under 13 minutes in the half the Falcons would score their first goal.
- The CUW goal was quickly followed up with two goals from Spartans Yaukovitz and
Bailey Simpson.
- CUW would score their second goal of the game with seven minutes remaining in the half.
- Gibson and Yaukovitz would add two more goals for the Spartans before going into half with a 14-2 lead.

Hannah Martindale, Blake, and Kanner scored for the Spartans on their 3-0 run to open the half.Â
- CUW scored their final goal with just under 14 minutes to play.
- Spartans
