The Aurora University women's volleyball team fell in a thrilling five set match with St. Olaf College at the University of Chicago Gargoyle Invitational.

- In the opening set, AU jumped out to an early 10-5 lead but Olaf rallied to win 25-20.
- AU dominated the second set, winning 25-14 and hitting .357 as a team in the set.
- The third set went back and forth between the teams with AU falling 25-20 and being down 2-1 in the match.
- The fourth set was no different as the closely matched teams went at each other.
- AU led the fourth set throughout and won 25-21 to force a deciding fifth set.
- The Spartans trailed early in the fifth set but made a huge come back, trailing 13-7 to tying the set 14-14.
- AU fell in the fifth and final set 16-14.
