The Aurora University women's basketball team out lasted the Regents of Rockford University 74-59 on Tuesday night in Thornton Gymnasium. The Spartans shot 50% from three point range on the game to lift AU to victory.

- The first quarter was back and forth with the lead changing six times and the game tied four others.
- AU closed out the opening quarter on a 6-2 run behind three's from Elle Wolff and Julie Galauner.
- After the first 10 minutes, AU led 18-15.

- Rockford managed to work back into the game and cut the AU lead to one twice but the Spartans would not let go of the lead.

- In the fourth, Rockford managed to hang around for a while with the Spartans keeping at least a six point advantage.
- AU out scored Rockford 14-5 in the final five minutes.
- Free throws and AU's 12th three of the game pushed the lead up to 15, the games biggest.
- AU hit three three-point baskets in each quarter and finished the night going 12-of-24.
