The Aurora University men's basketball team got off to a slow start against Milwaukee School of Engineering with the first-half deficit proving to much to overcome as the Spartans fell 78-65.

- Three AU turnovers led to a 9-0 MSOE run and the Spartans trailed 27-9.

- The Spartans were hungry coming out of the locker room and when
Julian Gatewood hit a three with 12:56 to go, the Spartans trailed 55-39, an 18-8 AU run.
