The Aurora University men's lacrosse team fell behind by a sizable margin in the first quarter and despite a valiant third quarter comeback, AU fell at Elmhurst University 20-11.

- The Spartans trailed 10-1 after the first quarter with the lone goal coming from Brody MacDonald.
- Unfortunately the second quarter was not kind to AU as well as AU trailed 16-3 going to halftime.

- AU came out firing in the third scoring the first five goals to cut the deficit to 16-8.
- Five different Spartans scored in the third with Brody MacDonald collecting the hat trick. Andy Trenery, Mikail Byun, Anthony Carieri and Carson Leader aso scored goals.
- In the fourth, AU and Elmhurst traded goals. Strub, Byun and Jimmy Gorecki had the fourth quarter AU goals.
