The Aurora University Spartan softball team had to push back the start of the games a few hours but that didn't deter them from posting another doubleheader sweep of a Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference foe, this time defeating Concordia Chicago 8-0 (5 innings) and 5-1.

 GAME ONE 
- The Spartans got three hits and a CUC error in the first but pushed across just one run with Jemma Fiehweg scoring on a Lexi Rayborn single.
- AU exploded with extra base hits in the fourth with Rayborn (double), Tyler Chambers (triple) and Delilah Aguirre (home run) quickly putting the Spartans up 4-0.
- After a pitching change, Shelby Linn doubled and her pinch runner Madison Lung scored on a single from Jordan Seyfried.
- An error allowed one more AU run to score and when Ashley Talaga doubled, the fifth extra base hit of the inning, Fiehweg scored and AU led 7-0.
- In the fifth, three singles pushed across the game ending run (mercy rule) with Seyfried driving in Alex Thiel.
- Hannah Tomasko allowed just three hits over five innings for the win.

GAME TWO
- The Spartans offense got started right back up in the first inning of game two.
- Josephine Lytton led off with a single, stole second and scored on an Ashley Talaga double.
- Talaga would score on a Tyler Chambers single and AU led 2-0.
- The game remained 2-0 Spartans going into the fifth inning. 
- Lytton and Lexi Rayborn were hit by pitch and Jemma Fiehweg singled between them to load the bases with one out.
- Chambers singled in Lytton and Delilah Aguirre drove in Fiehweg and Rayborn for a 5-0 AU lead.
- CUC scored a run in the seventh with two consecutive singles and a stolen base.
- Hannah Tomasko came in to shut the door for Madelyn Buske who earned the win.
