The Aurora University women's basketball team fell to the Wisconsin Lutheran College Warriors 63-60 in an entertaining NACC contest inside Thornton Gymnasium on Saturday afternoon.

- The Spartans saw the visitors use a 9-0 run in the first quarter to take a 13-4 lead.
- AU would trail WLC 18-10 after the first.
- Midway through the second, a jumper from Gabrielle Wolff and a three from Kamryn Bullock started the AU rally.

- AU would trail by three going to halftime, 29-26.
- The Spartans got the deficit to within two on several possessions early in the third before a three from Gabby Moore with 4:41 left put AU ahead 38-37.

- AU took a two-point lead 46-44 to the fourth quarter.
- In the fourth, the score would be tied three times and change hands seven other times.
- A Gabby Moore layup with 59 seconds left in the game put the Spartans ahead 58-55.
- After that basket by the Spartans, WLC would go 6-of-7 from the free throw line with a big turnover in the back court also aiding the visitors.
- The key to the contest was the charity stripe with WLC going 20-of-32 while the Spartans shot 11-of-14 with two misses coming in the final seconds.
- AU would fall to the Warriors 63-60.
