The Aurora University women's lacrosse team returned to Spartan Athletic Park on a cold Saturday afternoon to host the Blugolds of University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire. The Spartans  jumped out quickly on the Blugolds, leading 5-1 in the first quarter and eventually winning 16-6.

- The Spartans offense took over in the first with five goals scored. 
- Hannah Martindale got the scoring started less than three minutes into the quarter.
- The Blugolds responded shortly after to even the score 1-1. 
- In the final seven minutes of the quarter, Margaret Flanagan, Jalyn Yaukovitz, and Bailey Simpson (2) all recorded goals.
- AU took a 5-1 lead into the first quarter break.
- The Spartans scored four times in the second with goals coming from Jalyn Yaukovitz, Hannah Martindale, Monique Gibson (2). 
- Heading into halftime, AU led 9-3.
- The Blugolds opened the scoring in the third, with two back to back goals.
- Spartans Jalyn Yaukovitz and Monique Gibson followed and both picked up the hat trick. AU led 12-5 heading into the final quarter. 
- The first goal of the fourth came from Simpson, who became the third Spartan recipient of the hat trick. 
- With a 13-5 lead, the Blugolds scored their last goal of the game.
- Caley Russell, Hannah Martindale, and Margaret Flanagan all scored in the final minutes of the half. 
- The Spartans celebrated the victory, winning 16-6.
