The Aurora University women's soccer team got their record back to .500 on Wednesday afternoon, defeating Rockford University 4-0.

RECORDS: Aurora University 3-3-3 and 2-1-2 in the NACC
 

-The AU defense allowed the Regents to only take one off-target shot during the first half.
-The Spartans were able to get six shots on goal during the first half. 
-Madison Hougan scored the game's first goal in the 34th minute off the assist from Grace Grundhofer.
-AU carried that 1-0 lead into the halftime break.
-In the 73rd minute, Lauren Bliefernicht knocked in her first goal of the game off the assist Hougan.
-Less than a minute later, Bliefernicht struck again, this time off the assist from Emma Delgado.
In the 83rd minute, McKenna Kunz set up Aidyn Hesuse to make it 4-0 in favor of AU.
-Rockford did not collect their first shot on goal until the final minute of the contest, which was saved by Lindsey Cepa
