The Aurora University men's basketball team hosted the Wisconsin Lutheran College Warriors at home on Lancaster Court inside Thornton Gymnasium in a NACC contest. The Spartans hung with the NACC leaders for 35 minutes but a late run saw the visitors win 94-78..

- Both teams came out firing from the field and with back to back three's from Isaiah Davis and Joevonn McCottry AU held their largest lead of four at 12-8 with 12:35 left in the first-half.
- The visitors answered with a 13-2 run over the next 2:35 and forced an AU timeout.
- In the final minute of the first-half, the Spartans cut the deficit to one on multiple occasions before heading the halftime down five at 43-38.
- Both teams shot well in the first-half with AU going four-of-five from three-point range but the difference was WLC knocking down 7-of-17 in three's.
- A Dwayne Jervier Jr. three just three minutes into the second-half brought AU to down two at 47-45.
- A short time later an 8-2 AU run fueled by a pair of three's from Isaiah Davis tied the score at 55-55.
- Spartan Atem Chol sparked the AU crowd with a pair of dunks in a 20 second span with the second resulting in an and-one. 
- With the free-throw conversion, AU led 62-61 with just over 10 minutes to play in the game.
- AU would hold their final lead of the game with just over nine minutes left after a Mekhi Doby three that gave the Spartans a 67-66 lead.
- An 8-0 WLC run with two three-pointers gave the visitors the lead back.
- The visitors run expanded to 15-2 over a five minute stretch gave WLC a 12-point lead at 81-69.
- The Spartans would get the deficit to single digits on multiple possessions in the final minutes but would end up falling 94-78.
