The Aurora University women's lacrosse team opened up the home portion of the 2024 season against Carroll University and fell to the visitors 10-4.

- After Carroll took a 1-0 lead, the Spartans answered back quickly.
- Kenly Axvig scored on a free-position to tie the score 1-1.
- The score would remain 1-1 after one quarter of action.
- Carroll scored four times in the second to lead 5-1.
- The visitors scored five goals in the third and led AU 10-1.
- Late in the third, Axvig scored her second of the day with an assists from Brianna Peck.
- AU would trail 10-2 after three quarters.
- Midway through the fourth the Spartans scored. Caley Russell scored with an assist from Nicolina Smith.
- Madison Haynes would score her first collegiate goal with 4:45 left in the fourth to bring AU to down 10-4.
