The Aurora University men's soccer team was back in action at Spartan Athletic Park, squaring off against the Bluejays of Elmhurst University for another non-conference match. A late goal from Enrique Gonzalez off a sweet dish from Braden Dolezal gave AU the lead, but an answer from Elmhurst late in the second half lead to a 1-1 draw on Sunday afternoon.

- Yandel Reyes put the game's first shot on goal 17:22 in, but he was unable to find the back of the net. 
- The stifling Spartan defense did not allow Elmhurst to get a shot on goal the whole first half.
- This lead to a 0-0 tie going into the halftime break.
- Enrique Gonzalez nearly put the Spartans ahead in the 64th minute, but missed just wide of the net, keeping the score knotted at zero.
- Gonzalez did in fact put AU ahead in the 83rd minute when Braden Dolezal set him up with a pass that spitted two defenders for the 1-0 Spartan lead.
- The Bluejays answered back five minutes later to tie the score at one.
- There were no more shots on goal the rest of the match, resulting in a 1-1 tie.
