Game two of the weekend series between No.2-ranked Aurora University and No. 3 St. Norbert College was littered with penalties with five of the eight goals of the game coming on the power play. AU fell to SNC 5-3.

- AU had the first penalty called on them 4:47 into the game with a too many men call.
- The visitors scored on the power play and led 1-0.
- AU killed off a pair of penalties after to keep the game 1-0.
- The fourth penalty on the Spartans came just two minutes after killing off the third and this time the visitors scored to go ahead 2-0.
- Late in the period, AU went to the power play but was unable to capitalize.
- AU trailed 2-0 going to intermission.
- Midway through the second, SNC scored on a shot that deflected off the glass behind the AU net, ricocheted off the top of the net and into the goal.
- No penalty was called on the scuffle around the AU goalie but 25 seconds later a skirmish in front of the SNC net saw a pair of Spartans tagged for penalties giving SNC a 5-on-3 power play.
- The visitors capitalized and led 4-0.
- Shortly after the Spartans found themselves on a 5-on-3 but would not take advantage and stilled trailed 4-0.
- Just after the AU power play expired, SNC jumped a cross ice pass that led to a break away and scored for a 5-0 lead which was the score headed to the third.
- 6:17 into the third and on a power play the Spartans ended the scoring slump.
- Simon Diaz scored with helpers from Jaden Davis and Landry Schmuck.
- The Spartans then found themselves on another 5-on-3 and Jakson Kirk found the top shelf with what appeared to have one second remaining on the first power play but a delayed call allowed both skaters to be released as AU was within three now at 5-2.
- It was not time for SNC to get another 5-on-3 chance with AU killing off this opportunity.
- With 4:48 left in the game, Spartan Roc Truman scored on an assist from Jaden Davis and AU was now down just two at 5-3.
- The game clock would run out but not without one last penalty called on the Spartans for goalie interference.
- AU fell 5-3.
