The Aurora University women's lacrosse team wrapped up the regular season on a beautiful Wednesday afternoon on the turf at Spartan Athletic Park. The Spartans ran past the visiting Rams of Cornell College to a 15-6 victory.

- AU opened up a 3-0 lead with unassisted goals from
Ava Courtney,
Olivia Dahlberg and
Caley Russell.
- After a Cornell power play tally, the Spartans added a pair of goals to lead 5-1 after one.
- Russell scored her second of the day with an assist from
Sydney Breitenstein and
Sydney Mann scored on the power play from
Nicolina Smith.
- Mann, Dahlberg and
Kenly Axvig added second quarter tallies for the Spartans.
- AU headed to halftime leading 8-2.

Alexis Crowley coming in to finish the second-half.
- In the third, AU added three more goals to lead 11-4 going to the final period.
- Breitenstein, Axvig and Dahlberg were the goal scorers in the third.
- AU picked up the defensive pressure in the fourth and ran off four straight goals to get the running clock.
- A pair of goals from Mann and one each from Axvig and Breitenstein got the home crowd jumping.
