The Aurora University women's basketball team got off to a slow start after their Senior Day activities, only to then trounce on the Sabres, winning 102-40. Senior Kylie Fischbach collected a career-high 27 points en-route to the AU victory.

- AU got off to a slow start as the Sabres put up an early three to start the game. 
- Back to back Fischbach baskets put the Spartans on top two minutes into the game.
- The Spartans would not release the lead for the rest of the game.
- Senior Alina Anderson got her afternoon going with a three point basket off of a Marian turnover. 
- Halfway through the first quarter, Krystyna Manzanarez and Fischbach would lead AU on a nine to two run (1:14) with four and five points respectfully.
- Marian would slowly chip away at the AU lead, but AU led 20-17 going into the second quarter. 
- A quick three from senior Jennifer Heinberg had the Spartans going in second, starting a thirteen to four run for AU.
- AU kept building on their lead and capped off a 14-0 run with two Manzanarez free throws to end the half.
- The Spartans led 52-23 going into halftime. 
- AU continued their run of dominance into the second half with a six minute, 16-0 run over the Sabres. 
- The Spartan defense took control of the third quarter only allowing two Marian points, off free throws, in the entire period. 
- Fischbach collected twelve points in the quarter leading the Spartans to a 77-25 lead.
- Marian's first basket of the second half came in the second minute of the fourth quarter.
- AU's lead continued to grow all the way until the last minute, when Ariana Diggs made two free throws for the final points of the game, now leading by 62 points.
- The Spartans won in blowout fashion on Senior Day over the Sabres, 102-40.
